MaSa, founded in 2011 and wholly owned by Marafiq, is the Kingdom’s first private water organization. Licensed under CR 2055014785, we operate and maintain potable water, reclaimed water, seawater cooling, and wastewater facilities across Jubail, Yanbu, Ras al-Khair, and Jizan.

Seawater Cooling
The Seawater Cooling system in Jubail is a vital utility service which provides uninterrupted supply of seawater for non-contact.
Potable Water
We aim to supply our customers with permanent potable water, which is compliant with the highest quality standards and regulation.

Will bring a reliable product to O&M using a process focused on analyzing, designing-out or mitigating potential failure modes prior to production release.

Produces irrigation water for landscaping in Jubail community Area in accordance with the Royal Commission standards.
Process Water
The irrigation water, which is the treated water from all wastewater plants, is used for irrigational purposes in Jubail and Yanbu.
